Alumni Transcript Request: (Wednesday is the only day they are fulfilled)
There is a $2 fee per request that needs to be paid prior to your request being fulfilled.  Select the Revtrak link below to submit payment.  You will then select the second link to complete and submit your emailed request.  Phone request are not accepted.  We will fulfill your request when we return.

Education Verifications:
All education verifications must be faxed to 720-561-5840 or emailed to lucy.nash@bvsd.org accompanied by the release form of the alumni and the completed request form.  If any information is missing from the request form, the request will not be fulfilled.

Verifications received during Summer break will not be fulfilled until time allows after 7/22/2026. 

Enrollments:
If you need to complete a new student enrollment please select the link below to begin the neighbood application. Enrollment is not immediate.  There are several steps in the process.  Once your application has been reviewed and processed you will receive an email with next steps.

Choice Enrollment:
If you live outside of the Centaurus boundaries, you will need to apply for Choice Enrollment where you will be placed on a wait list.  If a seat is offered you will receive communication via email.

Withdrawals:
If you will be withdrawing your student from Centaurus, please notify the registrar @ lucy.nash@bvsd.org as soon as possible in order to receive the proper forms to withdrawal and for device collection.

Scribbles:

Thank you for reaching out for student records. Boulder Valley School District uses Scribbles K12 Transfer for all school-to-school records requests. 

Please visit the above link, make an account, then once it's verified,  put in a request via the K12 Transfer portal for the records. We will gather your requested records and save them in the portal, which will notify you when the request is fulfilled.

If you are a parent/guardian requesting records on behalf of a future school, please refer your new school to the above link, so the school can request them directly.

This service provides a secure transfer and replaces emailing the sensitive data.
