Students will be guided toward looking at their overall wellness (body, mind, and soul) and how to achieve balance within the daily tasks of life. We will emphasize how regular fitness activities are critical to maintaining wellness, and will instruct students on basic training concepts, help them develop good fitness habits, culminating with each student creating and implementing their own fitness plan.
